Converted to a flying horsebox G-AMAD cartwheeled on landing at Heathrow on 3 July 1968 and ended up in the new terminal 1 then under construction. 6 people and 8 horses killed.
1 October 1970 - Crashed on take off from Cape Kammeny after engine failure killing all 8 on board - 7 crew and 1 passenger.
December 1975 - Damaged beyond repair when it overran the runway at Kufrah Airport, Libya. 0 Fatalities
