"Jet Clipper Mohawk"

3rd September 1980 - damaged beyond repair after undershooting runway in heavy rain at San Jose-Juan Santamaria International Airport. Aircraft struck approach lights and the landing gear sheared off when the plane came to rest in a field.  No fatalities.
