This was the first 747 delivered to a British airline in 1970. Has been had three names - "Sir Richard Grenville" 1979-1984, "City of Peterborough" 1984-1989, and "Colliford Lake". Her last commercial flight was 31st Oct 1998. To commemorate her retirement British Airways re-painted her into a special BOAC livery before shipping her off to Cardiff.
