Ex RAF MW295 - Ascalon II named after Churchill's personal aircraft. It later passed to Trans Mediterranean Airways of Lebanon OD-ACQ and then on to Persian Air Services of Iran as EP-ADE. 15 July 1959 the Avro York crashed near Kuwait City killing all 32 passengers and crew.

It retired from military service as was re-registered G-APCA with Field Aircraft Services of Britain before going to Trans Mediterranean Airways of Lebanon. It then went on to Persian Air Services of Iran as EP-ADE. 15 July 1959 the Avro York crashed near Kuwait City killing all 32 passengers and crew.
